Notice For 51st PRIM Annual General Meeting 2011

Please  be  informed   that  the  Fifty-First  Annual  General  Meeting of The Plastics and  Rubber  Institute  Malaysia  will  be held at the Zamrud Room, The Saujana Resort, Jalan Lapangan Terbang SAAS, 40150 Shah Alam, on Saturday, March 19^th , 2011 at 2.30 pm

AGENDA OF MEETING

1. To confirm the Minutes of the 50^th Annual General Meeting held on 15^th March, 2010.
2. Matters arising.
3. To receive and consider the Annual Report for 2010
4. To receive and consider the Statement of Accounts for 2010
5. To appoint the external auditor for year 2011.
6. To discuss any motion submitted by a member to the Honorary Secretary at least 3 weeks before the date of the AGM.

All those who wish to attend the AGM would be provided with free lunch at 1.00 pm at the Suria Café.  Please register your attendance with the secretariat before March 15^th 2011, so that we can make arrangement with the hotel for your lunch.
